October 2009 update

I am now up to over 16,000 descendants of Ambrose Remeli and still adding new cousins at the rate of about 100/month. If you have a Ramaley (Remaly, Remaley, etc.) in your past, please contact me and I will be glad to both update my files and send you an ancestry chart that will (probably) go back to Ambrose. I say "probably" because there are a couple of large branches that we have not yet fit in, although they are almost certainly related. The largest such branch is anchored by John Remely (b between 1765 and 1783; d 1825 in Bushkill Twp, Northampton Co, PA). John was maried to Maria Catharina Bender and I have some 410 descendants for John -- but no tie-in to Ambrose. It is one of the greatest genealogical mysteries we need to solve and so if you are in this branch I really want to hear from you.
